2012 University of New Mexico Mentoring Institute Conference

The 2012 Mentoring Conference aims to provide an environment where coaches and mentors alike can share their experiences, theories and observations learned through direct experience or theoretical analysis of developmental relationships. This year’s conference theme is “Facilitating Developmental Relationships for Success” and sessions will critically and innovatively analyze different types of developmental relationships and how they contribute to the long-term success and prosperity of an individual. 

In particular, the Mentoring Institute at UNM seeks to:

• Bring new insight into the study of developmental relationships
• Highlight research/findings that contribute to the cultivation of professional leadership skills
• Emphasize and demonstrate the positive outcomes that result from developmental relationships
